Beth is an established real estate agent with a deep knowledge of Central Vermont. She grew up on the banks of the Winooski River and, like 6 generations before her, has lived in it’s watershed most of her life. She lives in Montpelier now, where she raised her daughter and knows where to get the best coffee. Prior to real estate, she was a non-profit leader in violence prevention and housing, focused on education, outreach and process facilitation. She brought those skills with her into her real estate career to quickly excel and deliver high quality services to her clients. Beth brings a data-driven and research-based approach to real estate transactions. She is an experienced project manager and negotiator, familiar with the local market and resources. When she isn’t in the field with clients, she practices ceramics, plays baritone ukulele poorly, volunteers with local organizations, and gets lost in the woods as much as possible.
